The driver was great! Very friendly and helpful! The van did arrive about 10 min late which was fine for us because we weren’t in a hurry. My only complaint was the bus was very hot!! The AC was on but it was a hot two hour ride to Vegas from St. George.

VERY UNHELPFUL. My sister had taken my car to catch the shuttle at 4 AM this morning and I couldn’t get a hold of her since she was on a flight to find out whether she had bought a parking pass for the car to be parked at St. George shuttle. So I called customer service to see if a pass had been purchased or if I could buy a pass for the vehicle and they said they couldn’t tell me whether a pass had been purchased and they also couldn’t allow me to buy a pass for the vehicle over the phone. Seems a little Ludacris in this day and age, but that’s OK I drove down there 30 minutes before my daughter’s baptism to go pick up the car to ensure that it wouldn’t get towed all because somebody simply couldn’t look up whether a parking pass had been purchased or allow me to purchase a parking pass
