Don’t ever rent from this hertz. My family rented a car from hertz and the employee left at 5 and hertz was “open” until 10pm and the sign said closed at 6:30. The rental company next door told us that they always leave early. Not only did this terrible experience inconvenience my family but another customer as well. Hertz do better. This cost us money and gas as the family members were delayed in their vacation

The worst service possible and the car was dirty inside including windshield, doors and trash rolling around in the back seat. DONT USE HERTZ!

I washed the car to remove the bugs down from the front of the car refilled the window wash fluid and still got charged for an exterior car wash.

The guy there did not know what he was talking about. My sister and I are AAA members and I originally rented the car in California and then picked her up on the way, I wanted to add her as an additional driver but the worker there said she couldn't be added until she was 25 which is WRONG and yet he refused to do it.

Great service excellent SUV
