About

This quiet family-run RV park sits away from the interstate noise in Leeds, offering a peaceful retreat with mature shade trees and open skies perfect for stargazing. The well-maintained grounds feature full hookup sites including pull-throughs that easily accommodate larger rigs, plus clean shower facilities and an on-site laundry.

The friendly owners know the area inside and out and genuinely care about making your stay comfortable. You'll find the park spotless without feeling overly manicured, and the rural setting backs up to cultivated fields that add to the tranquil atmosphere. Dog owners will appreciate the open space and welcoming vibe.

Leeds puts you perfectly positioned for exploring southern Utah's attractions. You're close enough to Zion for easy day trips (about 30 minutes to the park entrance), but far enough away to escape the crowds and enjoy lower prices. The location also works well as a base for visiting Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon State Park, and other regional gems.

The park offers both traditional RV sites and unique accommodations like yurts for those wanting to try something different. Whether you're passing through or planning an extended stay to explore the area, you'll find this a welcoming home base with all the essentials covered.

traveling and living in a camper 7+ years and this is easily one of our favorite parks we have ever stayed in! its the perfect home base for Zion- about a 40ish minute drive-and we went a ton! The owner here is so personable (Ashton) made us feel right at home. They have extremely clean laundry rooms, the coolest most hospitable staff and neighbors you will ever meet, beautiful sunsets, so many stars at night, beautiful views, super quick drive to st george and walmart. We loved it so much we stayed for 2 months! Ashton will point you to the coolest spots. dont miss Red cliffs its less than a 5 minute drive from the campground and it is absolutely worth spending time at we are so glad he suggested it. (included pics) also cool dirt roads in the area to explore, dino tracks, arches, rock hounding oh and you cant forget quail creek reservoir also a 5 minute or less drive! Caught a few fish and played disc golf there. this area and campground is such a hidden gem there is so much to do and see. we will make it a point to come back to this park when we travel through utah again. He made space for our 42ft fifth wheel last second we got so lucky it was an awesome stay. Thanks again and dont forget to grab a jar of his dads awesome honey he collects from his own bees on your way out. It really doesnt get better than Zion West!

Sweet little RV park away from the noise of Rt 15. Well shaded and still enough sky for star gazing and Starlink. Very clean and tidy throughout. Had a shower at the end of the day and everything was very clean. Te whole place is well tended without being sterile. Ashton is super friendly and helpful. Price $47 very reasonable. I will stay here again if in the area

Great park with amenities. Great to stargaze at night. Close to everything. We stayed in an Airbnb yurt/tent and loved it.

Very nice small RV park. Most people live here full time but we stayed in great pull-thru next to a tree and backing up to cultivated field. Very quiet and and we are glad we stayed here.
