About

This family-run campground sits right in Springdale. You're within walking distance of both Zion's entrance and the town's shops and restaurants. The shuttle stop is directly out front. So you can park once and forget about your car for the rest of your stay.

Sites and Accommodations

The sites accommodate everything from tents to big rigs. They have full hookups and plenty of length for larger RVs. Clean shower facilities offer hot water and solid pressure. Perfect after long days on the trails.

The cabins get particularly high marks for cleanliness and construction quality. They have mountain views that make you want to linger on the porch.

Family-Friendly Amenities

Families appreciate the swimming pool and playground. The BBQ grills and laundry facilities handle the practical side of camping life. Dog owners find the grounds welcoming for their four-legged hiking companions.

The location means you can walk to dinner in Springdale or catch the first shuttle into Zion Canyon. No usual campground commute.

Views and Convenience

The views from your site include the red rock formations that make this area famous. It's the kind of place where you can enjoy the camping experience without sacrificing convenience or comfort.

For families planning multiple days in Zion, the combination of amenities and location makes base camp planning simple.

Great location downtown and right next to Zion National Park.

An absolute gem of an RV park. Less than 1/2 miles outside of Zion National Park and while you can walk, the Springdale line bus (for town) is right outside the park and will take you to the park. The park itself is super clean with great views and welcoming staff. We RV’d using FHUs, which were all in great shape. General store on site has just about everything you could want. Drinks, beers, snacks galore and the usual Zion paraphernalia. Park sits on the Virgin River and while those sites are pretty sweet, double check for FHUs. I think we only saw water and electric. Otherwise, highly recommended this park for your Zion experience.

The campgrounds are clean and within walking distance to catch the bus to go hiking. There is a river nearby. For $35 to wake up to the impressive views. I do it all over again especially after a long hike we don’t have to drive to sleep.
