About

These cabins sit perfectly between Springdale's charm and Zion's grandeur. You'll wake up to canyon views that stretch across red rock formations. Plus, the park entrance is just a pleasant half-mile stroll away. The spotless cabins sleep up to six people. Therefore, they're ideal for families or groups wanting their own space.

Summer Camp Vibes with Grown-Up Comfort

The property captures that summer camp feeling (but with grown-up amenities). Each cabin offers a cozy retreat after long days on the trails. You're close enough to walk to Zion's visitor center. However, you're far enough from the shuttle crowds to enjoy peaceful mornings on your private deck.

Why Guests Love It

  • Exceptional service: Staff members like Kathleen go above and beyond. They make sure your stay runs smoothly

  • Perfect location: Springdale's restaurants and shops are nearby. Meanwhile, you get easy park access without the hassle of driving to trailheads

  • Base camp feel: The cabins provide that perfect base camp feel. As a result, you can explore everything Zion Canyon has to offer

  • Dual amenities: The staff helps both cabin guests and RV campers. In fact, RV campers can also use the property's camping facilities

Great location (easy walking distance from the park), incredible views, front desk staff was super helpful and amazing! Showers were surprisingly nice, bathrooms were never crowded. Would definitely recommend for a Zion trip!

Would definitely stay here again. The entire staff, both in the office and the groundskeepers, are extremely nice and accomodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And the location is amazing as it's a short walk to many restaurants, to a shuttle stop, and to the park entrance.

I wish I could rate them higher. In terms of scenery and access to the park you simply cannot beat it. If you’re complaining about pricing here you don’t get it. If you’re complaining that the camping cabins don’t have any amenities you need to work on your reading comprehension. The staff were so nice and accommodating, they were flexible with a few rebookings/ additional nights and even let us grab a late checkout. The bathrooms are clean, they do have a token system for the shower so just be aware. I will stay here again, K12 forever.

We stayed in a cabin for two nights while hiking Zion National Park, which is within easy walking distance. Plus, the Springdale line to the park stops out front of the business. The staff are super nice and accommodating, and we enjoyed the cabin, amenities, and the atmosphere. The camp store has a great ice cream selection, and Adam made us a fire in one of the fire pits on our last night. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were cared for, and the location is gorgeous. The cabins are just steps from an excellent restaurant and ours was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We camped here on our stay in August 2025. Very nice and accommodating. Everything was good. Didn't have cable. We ran TV off our phone
