About

Stunning Views and Peaceful Grounds

This southwestern-style B&B sits on beautifully landscaped grounds with direct views of Zion's towering red cliffs. The woodsy-chic rooms blend rustic charm with upscale touches, and several feature private hot tubs where you can soak while watching the canyon walls change color at sunset.

The property feels like a peaceful retreat, with gardens and shared spaces that invite you to slow down after a day on the trails.

Made-to-Order Breakfast Experience

The breakfast here isn't your typical continental spread. You'll get made-to-order breakfast burritos that guests rave about, plus other hearty options to fuel your hiking plans.

The hosts can even pack breakfast burritos to-go if you're heading out early for Angels Landing or the Narrows. It's the kind of personal touch that makes this place feel more like staying with friends than at a hotel.

Perfect Springdale Location

The location puts you right in Springdale, just minutes from Zion's main entrance and shuttle stops. You can walk to restaurants and shops, but the B&B itself feels secluded and quiet.

Key features that make this B&B special:

  • Direct views of Zion's red cliffs

  • Private hot tubs in select rooms

  • Walking distance to restaurants and shops

  • Quiet, secluded atmosphere

  • Made-to-order breakfast with to-go options

The combination of stunning views, thoughtful amenities, and genuine hospitality makes this a popular choice for romantic getaways and special occasions.

Each room has its own character, but they all share that cozy, intimate vibe that makes bed and breakfasts special. You'll likely meet other travelers over breakfast or while relaxing in the common areas, creating the kind of connections that make trips memorable.

This is THE best BnB we have ever stayed in!!! I highly recommend it. Bed and sheets were EXTREMELY comfortable. House is spotless and gorgeous. Beautifully appointed, great massage chairs, awesome window placement to highlight and frame surrounding mountains and lovely relaxing native flute soundtrack playing in all common areas really enhances the sense of place. Erin, Shawn, Liz and Larry were always there to assist in any way. They were awesome hosts. The breakfast options were fabulous. The private decks off each room were terrific. The guest pantry with complimentary soda ice and filtered water was appreciated. We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. Oh and on top of that, is is right next to the entrance to the park , shuttle stops and easy walking distance to the cute town of Springdale. And all around win win.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and both of us walked away extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is beautiful, with a stunning view right behind that we could enjoy from our rooms balcony. It is a short walk to the visitor center, restaurants, and Springdale stops. We stayed in the Angels Landing room. I was hesitant about it only having a bath, but the bath is big (and pink-which is plus points for me). It also had a shower head nozzle you could use to rinse off before bathing. The room itself was very clean and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed the breakfast burritos that we took to-go on our hikes. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Zion Canyon Bed and Breakfast! Liz went out of her way to ensure that our stay would be perfect. We stayed in the master suite, which was incredibly luxurious and exceeded our expectations. To accommodate my celiac disease, she cooked eggs separately for me, which I really appreciated. The location can't be beat, as you can easily walk to all of the town amenities and to the park entrance. They also have a partnership with an e-bike facility so that you can rent a bike for the entire day for $50 and ride it into the canyon, avoiding the shuttles (which was a terrific experience!). Very highly recommend! Would love to come again!

Absolutely amazing!! The rooms, the proximity to the park, walking distance to restaurants & shops, very friendly hosts, and a wonderful home - what's not to love!? We got the recommendation from a colleague and we will certainly be telling others about this place!
