About

This 1931 bed and breakfast sits right on Springdale's main drag. You're in the center of everything here. Shops, restaurants, and bike rentals are all within walking distance. The historic property keeps its original charm with traditional rooms, including a former artist's studio. Yet it also offers modern comfort. You'll find new, super comfortable beds and quality linens.

Historic Charm Meets Modern Comfort

Each room feels like stepping into local history. You'll notice thoughtful touches like hand-crafted soaps and charming vintage mugs. The quiet gardens offer a peaceful escape from the busy main street just outside. After long days in the park, guests love relaxing in the property's hot tub.

Perfect Location for Your Zion Adventure

The location couldn't be better for a Zion trip. You're perfectly placed for easy access to the park shuttle system. Plus, all of Springdale's amenities are right there. The inn strikes that sweet spot between historic character and modern amenities. This makes it ideal for:

Romantic getaways seeking something more personal than a standard hotel • Family visits where you want historic charm with modern comfort • Post-hiking relaxation after tackling the Narrows or Angels Landing.

We absolutely had a great time at Under the Eaves Inn and highly recommend it! We stayed in Room 1 and loved that it’s a beautiful, historic home—that old-house character is a huge part of its charm. Because it is a historic property, just come in with the understanding that you can hear the natural creaks of others walking around the house, but it didn't take away from our experience at all. An amazing bonus: staying here includes breakfast at Oscar's, which is absolutely worth it on its own. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved everything: the cleanliness, the location—everything is very close, and there's zero contact. And breakfast is included at Oscar's Café.

This place is a hidden gem! A historical, unique place to stay! I was lucky enough to reserve the Garden cabin #7 and it was just beautiful for my first time trip to Zion National park. The hosts are very nice and attentive if you have any questions. The rooms are clean and unique, in the heart of Springdale, close to shuttle stop 5 within walking distance to just about everything! Parking is limited but you are able to park for the nights you are staying. Beautiful property, no TVs in rooms which is not needed because you have an awesome scenery to take in! Community fridge and office was clean and welcoming. There is a clean jacuzzi for guests staying on property. They even offer a nice hearty breakfast at Oscar's cafe steps away! The garden cabin has a private entrance, comfy king size bed, nice walk-in shower, keurig coffee machine, separate towels for jacuzzi and bathroom. I definitely enjoyed my nights spent here and recommend staying here!

Delightful stay. Our room was cozy, comfortable and well equipped to all our needs. The host, Eric, was helpful in answering our questions. For the experience and amenities (hot tub, breakfast at Oscar’s, close to Zion NP), I consider this stay a great value.
