We had an awesome stay at Under the Eaves! It was so adorable and clean and quaint and had absolutely everything we needed . It was so clean and comfortable and we were able to park in the parking lot before checking in so we could head out for a bike ride in the park. Located in the perfect central spot in Zion across the street from a store and right next to a wonderful restaurant. The courtyard was amazing!!! The views were spectacular! The owner was gracious and wonderful!!! There were generous amenities like fridge, microwave dishes etc in a little cute common space! This was a great trip for us from Boise and we will be back for sure!!!!

This place is awesome. Great location to everything in Springdale and this part of Zion. The stay includes breakfast at a local diner and their food is amazing. Loved everything about our stay at Under the Eves!!

My husband and I decided on a last minute trip to Zion National Park. We booked Under the Eves for our stay. It is a charming and historical property in the heart of charming Springdale, UT. Our room was formerly an artists studio. It featured the most comfortable king bed, foam and feather pillows and two leather club chairs. There was a Kuerig in the room. A beautiful bathroom as well! We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after our days at Zion. Breakfast was served at Oscar’s Cafe, a one minute walk, and it was delicious! January was the PERFECT time to be in Springdale and Zion. We can’t wait to visit again.

Saw it’s the only place in town with an EV charger it says text us to use. We’re not staying at the inn but were going to pay to use the charger, they said; it’s only for guests but since it’s slow we’ll let it slide! And then proceeded to tell us to pay 40$ to use it when it says on the charger 10$ per day! Scammers gonna scam I guess.

My husband and I celebrated our one-year anniversary by visiting the area, and we stayed here! We truly enjoyed our stay in cabin #7! The hot tub was nice and close to our cabin which was great! This place has the cutest mugs, the greatest views, and the best vibes! 10/10 would recommend!
