About

Heather and Garth have created something special at this upscale B&B in Rockville. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully appointed, with some featuring free-standing tubs and all offering stunning mountain and mesa views. The Zion Grotto room gets particular praise for its design. You'll find luxurious bedding, quality towels, and that spotless attention to detail that makes a difference.

The breakfast situation works perfectly for early hikers. Instead of rushing through a formal dining room experience, you get gourmet grab-and-go options that let you fuel up and head out at your own pace. Heather's local knowledge becomes invaluable here. She provides detailed maps for every trail and scenic spot, plus restaurant recommendations that actually matter.

The location strikes a nice balance. You're in peaceful Rockville, about four miles from Zion's main entrance, which means you avoid the Springdale crowds while staying close enough for easy park access. Just know you'll need your own transportation since the shuttle doesn't reach this far out.

What sets Tyler Inn apart is the genuine hospitality. Guests consistently mention feeling like family from the moment they arrive. These hosts take time to understand your plans and offer advice that shapes your entire Zion experience. It's the kind of place where the service feels personal rather than scripted.

Absolutely lovely hosts and beautiful accomodation. The homemade breakfast was also truly exceptional. Felt like staying with family and we really loved our conversations. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Tyler Inn Bed and Breakfast! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and patient. They took the time to answer all of our questions and provided the absolute best guidance and local suggestions for exploring Zion and the surrounding areas. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Anfitrião muito gente boa e fala português. Deu dicas precisas e assertivas para explorar o parque. E sua esposa elaborou o melhor café da manhã de hoteis que frequentei.

So happy we stayed here! The Inn is very nice. You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into the place. Our room was large, bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower. Heather, the owner, was so accommodating and friendly. She gave us recommendations for the area, met us at check-in (we checked in late) and made sure we were comfortable. It is a house so noise does carry a bit but overall it was quiet. Food: Our breakfast spread was impressive! She accommodated our dietary needs which is tough for breakfast! She also made sure we had “grab & go” items in the fridge for our early morning Zion adventure (yogurts (dairy free!), fruit, and hard boiled eggs). Location: The location is just outside Springdale, so you must use a car to get around as the park’s shuttle service doesn’t go out that far. With this said, it’s still very close to Zion’s entrance and you get the benefit of being away from all the crowds. If we make it back to Zion, we will definitely stay here again!
