About

TownePlace Suites delivers spacious studio and two-bedroom suites designed for extended stays and family trips. Each suite comes with a full kitchen, separate living areas, and plenty of room to spread out. The property caters to families and business travelers who need more space than a standard hotel room.

The outdoor pool and hot tub provide a welcome retreat after exploring southern Utah's attractions. Complimentary breakfast gets your day started, and the kitchens let you prepare meals when you want to stay in. Free Wi-Fi and workspace areas handle business needs.

St. George's central location puts you within reach of multiple national parks and outdoor adventures. Zion National Park sits about 45 minutes northeast, while Snow Canyon State Park is just minutes away. Local shopping and restaurants are close by for convenience.

The extended-stay format works well for families tackling multiple parks or anyone planning a longer southern Utah adventure. With suites that sleep larger groups and kitchens that cut dining costs, it's a practical base for exploring the region's red rock country.

I booked a room through Expedia for one person for two nights for $165/night. I subsequently canceled the second night. The day I checked out I discovered I was billed $219 for one night. I disputed the charge with the desk clerk before I checked out and was assured the charge would be changed by the next day. It was not, so I called back and was absolutely assured it would be changed “within 2-3 days”. It has now been a week, the charge has NOT been changed, and today additional charges were added. I called the hotel again today and was told there was nothing they could do about it, that I’d have to talk to the national customer service hotline. I did that, too, and was told the charge could not be changed. The room was DEFINITELY not a $219/night room. BE AWARE IF BOOKING THROUGH EXPEDIA, although I don’t blame them. I blame the hotel who I feel gouged me. I will NEVER stay there again.

Loved our stay here. It’s a nice little hotel! The pool and area around it are very nice and quaint, and our kids had such a great time. The staff was also very kind, especially the staff helping at breakfast.

The hotel is kind of tucked away from the main road, so there's less traffic noise but it can be a bit confusing to find the first time. There's some general wear and tear on the edges of the doors and in the corners of the room, but everything was clean and well lit, the front desk was very helpful and pleasant.
