This newer SpringHill Suites brings Marriott's reliable all-suite format to Kanab's main strip. Every room includes separate living and sleeping areas, plus the brand's signature complimentary breakfast to fuel your daily adventures. The hotel caters especially well to families and groups exploring the region's national parks.

The suites feel genuinely spacious (though the largest accommodates six people across two queens and a trundle). Everything's clean and contemporary, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff consistently gets praise for being helpful and accommodating, whether you're checking in after a long drive or need local recommendations.

Location-wise, you're right in downtown Kanab with restaurants, shops, and gas stations within walking distance. It's an ideal base camp for exploring the area's incredible scenery. Zion's about an hour northeast, Bryce Canyon's an hour and a half north, and the Grand Canyon's North Rim is roughly an hour south (seasonal). You can easily day-trip to multiple parks from here.

We made this place our 'base camp' for a 4-night stay while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks in Utah and Lake Powell/Page, Arizona. We were disappointed. The room was cramped for a family of 5, should be only suited for 2. Breakfast was ok but monotonous, same thing everyday, and no bacon. We were supposed to have housekeeping every other day but that did not happen, even after informing the front office who told us it will be done the next day, but again no housekeeping. Imagine the frustration coming back after a long day and expecting a clean room only to find towels on the floor, and messy room and trash not cleared. Then complained to a manager who gave us the option to leave. Did not expect this treatment from a Marriott brand!

This Springhill Suites is brand, spanking new! There are a few upgrades I noticed that are included in this iteration, namely larger study area, larger bathroom, and a walk-in closet for suitcase and wardrobe storage as well as ironing clothes. The bathroom has a handy, built-in nightlight. The bed-side lamps are also better planned and integrated. I slept very well on the bed, and breakfast was great in the morning. There was the usual Springhill fare: waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, etc. I didn’t get the chance to try out any of the facilities, but that will give me something to look forward to next time!

Great place to stay. Easy access, great location, and the staff were fantastic. We stayed here for a week and highly recommend. Great gym, pool and spa. The front desk staff was great with recommendations on where to eat and trails to hike. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again when in town.
