About

Red Rock Inn brings homey comfort to Springdale. The property features charming cottages with private patios. It's a laid-back bed and breakfast where guests unwind in garden settings after canyon adventures.

Each cottage blends rustic character with modern conveniences. For example, you'll find complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property. These spaces feel more like home than typical motel rooms. Therefore, many guests return year after year.

The inn sits in the heart of Springdale. You can walk to local restaurants and equipment rental shops. Additionally, town shuttle stops are just minutes away. These shuttles connect directly to Zion National Park's main entrance. As a result, you can leave your car parked during your entire stay.

The property includes breakfast vouchers for nearby eateries. This adds value to your stay. Furthermore, it supports local dining establishments.

The accommodations maintain a simple, unpretentious style. However, the cottages excel at cleanliness and coziness. Garden areas provide quiet spots for morning coffee. In the evening, you can relax in these same peaceful spaces.

A small hot tub helps soothe tired muscles after hiking. The property uses automated systems for communication. Therefore, you won't find traditional front desk service. This hands-off approach suits independent travelers.

Red Rock Inn offers budget-friendly lodging with easy park access. The cottage-style rooms provide more privacy than standard motels. Moreover, they have more charm and character. It's a solid choice for quiet, intimate lodging. From here, you can explore southern Utah's magnificent red rock country.

Red Rock Inn in Springdale is a fantastic, quiet little spot made up of individual cottages right in the heart of the action. The views of the Zion red rocks are absolutely stunning, and you'll often see deer wandering right through the grounds. Location-wise, you really can't beat it. It's incredibly walkable, close to the Zion park entrance, and the town shuttle stop, supermarket, and e-bike rentals are literally right across the street. A huge perk: instead of a boring, standard lobby breakfast, they give you vouchers for Oscar’s Café nearby. Guests rave about this—think massive breakfast burritos and Belgian waffles to fuel your hikes. The cottages themselves are spacious, sparkling clean, and have great AC and comfy beds. The Only Catch: The only real downside—which they don't make very clear in their description—is the hot tub situation. There is only ONE hot tub, and it’s a shared, communal amenity for the whole property. So, if you were hoping for a private, romantic post-hike soak attached to your own room, just know you’ll likely be sharing the water with other guests. Aside from that, it’s a pretty perfect basecamp for exploring Zion!

Listed as a 2 star inn? ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!! This is a 10 Stars inn!!!! The rooms are comfortable and upscale decorated. There is a ceiling fan, jacuzzi/shower bath tub and the other usual amenities. The landscaping is awesome! There’s a fire pit with bench seating and a gas grill with table and chairs. You won’t find this at any other lodging in Springdale, UT! Located near Interstate 15 on edge of town. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL for a party of 2!!!!

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast was very plentiful. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from supermarkets, bus stops, and restaurants, which is very convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Zion.

Stayed quite comfortably, and affordably, for two nights. Good walking distance to restaurants + quick drive to park!
