The outdoor pool offers a refreshing break after hiking, and the on-site mini-golf provides easy entertainment for families. Free WiFi keeps you connected, and there's RV parking available for those traveling with larger rigs. The staff consistently gets praise for being friendly and helpful with local recommendations.

I never write reviews. But I feel like this needs to be said before others book as I wish I had this info before I booked. We booked this hotel because it showed a hot tub with views of Zion in background. We couldn’t afford Springdale prices so figured this would be a good alternative. I really wanted a nice pool and hot tub to relax in after long days of hiking… well the hot tub didn’t work. It blows bubbles but is not hot. The fence had privacy screens on it so when you sat down in the pool or hot tub, you couldn’t see mountains. The rooms were extremely run down. The bath tubs had hairs in them, the wall behind the toilet looked like a landlord special with water damage that clearly was tried to be covered up. The beds are spring beds and not that comfortable but we were so exhausted, it didn’t really matter. The staff walked around with no shoes. The front door sensor didn’t work so you couldn’t get into the hotel unless a staff member was there. Do yourself a favor and spend the money for Springdale… or even the comfort plus next door.

Great for the price! Yes it is an older hotel but everything in the room is clean and the staff is very friendly. Location is also great, it's about 35 minutes to Zion National Park entrance.

We stayed here for 3 nights. It's really a nice place in It's class to stay in the area. You can explore Zion National Park, and Sand Hollo State park. Management is really good. It's a small cozy place. Breakfast menu in morning is reasonable with outdoor sitting.

Great for the price, rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast was good. Check-in and Check-out were easy as well

Good value for money, old room but is was clean. Location is perfect if you want to explore Zion and not want to pay too much for accommodation closer at the park. I went early in the morning to Zion to at least get a parking spot at the visitor center. If you arrive after 8am your chances are that you most likely have to pay for parking outside the park.
