If you are looking for a place that's convenient to shopping and dining, as well as the shuttle into the park, look no further. Novel House is perfect for a home base in order to explore the area. Our room was large and comfortable and the House has a very extensive library where you will find books of all genres to pass the time between hikes. Ciaran, our host, was super friendly and knowledgeable. He provided vouchers for breakfast so we could eat at one of two local restaurants just a short walk up to the main road, but there was always coffee and tea available in the dining room, as well as lemonade and cookies in the afternoon. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was a very lovely, stylish, and beautiful hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. For breakfast, we received vouchers for a nearby café, and the food was absolutely delicious. We couldn’t finish everything, so we were able to take the leftovers home in a to-go box. Since we got ready a little later in the morning and ended up leaving around 8:30, the owner thought the parking lots at Zion would probably already be full. Even after checkout, he kindly allowed us to keep our car parked on the hotel property for the entire day. There was a shuttle bus stop very close by, so it was not inconvenient at all—in fact, taking the shuttle in the morning was even faster for entering the park. There was also a supermarket nearby, so getting food and supplies was easy. Both the atmosphere of the town and the comfort of the hotel made this an unforgettable experience.

Easily one of our favorite B&Bs we’ve stayed at. The service is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the views are unbelievable. The inn is located just off the main drag of Springdale making it easily walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Really cool themed rooms and super friendly staff! The location is perfect; walking distance to everything but not on the main street. Definitely staying here when I come back!
