About

Kaibab Paiute RV Park sits in Fredonia, Arizona, about 45 minutes from Zion National Park's East Entrance and the Mount Carmel Highway. It's the kind of place that surprises you. The sites are large and level with full hookups (30/50 amp), graveled for easy maneuvering, and the whole park feels genuinely maintained. Pull-throughs make it simple to get settled without the usual RV park hassle.

What Makes This Park Stand Out

What sets this place apart is the attention to detail. The bathrooms and showers consistently earn praise from travelers who've stayed at dozens of campgrounds. There's a full laundry facility, which matters more than it sounds when you're on the road.

The common areas include a clubhouse with a kitchen, living room, and patio with tables where you can actually sit and relax. Staff organize community events and genuinely seem to care about making your stay comfortable, not just processing you through.

Rates and Location

The rates are fair, especially if you have a Passport America membership (which drops nightly fees to $17.50). Even at regular rates, you're getting solid value for what you get.

The location works well as a base for exploring Zion's less-crowded East side, or as a quiet overnight stop if you're moving through northern Arizona. It's the kind of RV park where people come back, and where the difference between "functional" and "actually nice" becomes clear the moment you arrive.

Well cared for RV Park, nice showers, good laundry, and clubhouse . You can walk to Pipe Spring NPS. Friendly staff, great rates for full hookup.

We stayed a couple of days at the RV Park. Everything was great. Hookups, wireless, friendly host, etc. Thumbs up! The diesel price at the Kaibab Tu'ee Store gas station was the best of our trip.

We love the peace & quiet experienced at this campground, and the 360 degrees of incredible views. And the dark night sky is astounding! The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilites are clean and well kept. This trip was only going to be a one night stop over, but we decided to take an extra day to enjoy, relax and just watch the clouds drift by. During our stay we visited the Pipe Springs monument down the road, and fueled up at the gas station/mini mart at the highway. We also drove to the end of the road to the quaint community of Moccasin. We highly recommend this beautiful campground, and are looking forward to our next visit!

Great place to stay, pretty quiet during my stay as it's fairly far from the noisy traffic. Showers are really nice and private. It also has a nice trail alongside the park to walk on, best of all the rates are great!
