J&J RV Park gives you the space you actually need. The 30-foot-wide back-in sites can handle big rigs without the usual tight-squeeze stress, and the pull-through spots leave room for your toad. Full hookups include 30/50 amp power, water, and sewer connections. Free Wi-Fi keeps you connected when you want to be.

The park stays quiet despite being right in Kanab. You'll find it's dog-friendly with plenty of room at your site for the pups to stretch out. The whole place feels well-maintained without being fussy about it. Anthony, the park manager, gets consistently good reviews for being helpful and welcoming.

Kanab puts you within striking distance of some serious scenery. Zion's about an hour southwest, Bryce Canyon's an hour northeast, and the local trail system around Kanab offers solid hiking without the park crowds. The town itself has the basics you need (groceries, gas, decent restaurants) without much tourist chaos.

This works especially well if you're planning to stay put for a while and explore the region. The monthly rates make sense for longer visits, and the location gives you options whether you're chasing slot canyons, national parks, or just want a quiet spot to park the rig.

This is an RV park not a hotel as the survey questions ask. It's a very clean park with clean restrooms and showers. It looks like all sites are full hook up sites.

Anthony at J&J is awesome! We had to have two packages delivered there. I emailed him and asked him if it was okay to have them delivered to the park and he was very accommodating. If you send emails to him, he gets back to you immediately. He held the packages for us until we arrived. The park is well taken care of. This is the second time we stayed here and we are just as satisfied as we were the first time. Don't overlook this little RV Park, it is a gem!

This RV park is centrally located in Kanab. Super wide spaces, big enough to put your RV and either truck or tow vehicle beside it. Sites are all full service and all are completely level. The people at the front are super nice and super helpful. Laundry facilities are great. The location is directly back from the street so it is very quiet. We stayed at a place across the street in the past where they tried to put us in a site with a shared power pole. J and J RV park has dedicated power, water and sewer for each site. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Kanab.
