About

This isn't your typical chain hotel. The recent renovation transformed this Hyatt Place into something special, with canyon-inspired design that actually feels authentic rather than forced. Think engineered quartz countertops, Moen fixtures, and thoughtful touches throughout that elevate the whole experience.

Family-Friendly Rooms

The family suites work brilliantly for groups, with bunk beds that kids love and enough space for parents to spread out. Standard rooms are spacious too, with large TVs and comfortable bedding that makes for genuinely restful nights.

The real winner is the outdoor area, pool and hot tub with direct views of the Watchmen formations. The fire pit creates a perfect gathering spot after long hiking days.

Prime Springdale Location

Location puts you right in Springdale's heart, walking distance to restaurants and shuttle stops. The complimentary breakfast follows Hyatt Place standards (nothing fancy, but it gets the job done), and the 24/7 market covers late-night snack emergencies. Staff consistently goes above and beyond, from front desk to management.

You're paying for the combination of modern comfort and prime location. The canyon views from many rooms remind you why you're here, while the pool deck becomes your evening retreat. It's the kind of place that works whether you're planning epic hikes or just want a comfortable base for exploring Zion's wonders.

超級讚!!早餐比一般連鎖飯店豐盛很多~ 還有24小時免費供應的水果水、飲用水跟冰塊! 唯一缺點是隔音不太好 但還是很推

In the town of Springdale, less than 2 miles from the Zion National Park Entrance. I loved this place. Hyatt has categories and I believe this should be like a Hyatt Regency or something higher tier on that level. The lobby is chic and stylish and very relaxing. There is a bar/restaurant in the lobby and a HUGE lobby window next to the tables and chairs with views of tall red cliffs! The staff were ALL so friendly and helpful! They had free lemonade and fruit water in the lobby at all times. The rooms, lobby, etc were all very clean. Also, very quiet. I was not woken up by other guests in hallways, or above me, the entire stay. I never have had this issue at Hyatts though, but have had this issue with other brands. The pool, fire pit, and hot tubs all overlooked beautiful, tall, red cliffs. Free breakfast was great with lots of variety. Five stars all the way!

We stayed one night at this hotel. Very nice hotel, completely renovated. The water park is fantastic, and the sun loungers are very comfortable. We were able to walk to the restaurant for dinner.

We stayed here for two nights in June while visiting Zion National Park, and it was an excellent choice. The location is hard to beat, only about a two-minute drive to the park entrance, yet it still feels quiet and relaxing. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the TV was huge for unwinding after a full day of hiking. One of the biggest surprises was the breakfast. It started at 6:00 a.m., which was perfect for getting an early start on the trails. There was a great selection, everything was fresh, and it was much better than the typical hotel breakfast. I love oatmeal and eat it everyday and this was the best hotel oatmeal I’ve had! The pool area is beautiful with incredible views of the surrounding cliffs. One evening we sat on the back patio playing cards while watching the sun set on the red rocks. As a runner, I also loved this hotel. There’s a trail that starts right behind the parking lot and winds along the Virgin River through the trees. One evening I even ran through Springdale, which was a fun way to see the town. The staff was friendly throughout our stay, and having Jack’s Sports Grill right in the parking lot was an added bonus. We ate there one evening. If we ever come back to Zion, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Excellent location, great breakfast, beautiful grounds, and a perfect base for exploring the park.

Perfect location for Zion. Shuttle is just in front of the restaurant next door. Very clean, very quiet. Breakfast was good. Nice seating areas outside and nice pool. Only complaint was the thermostat in our room reset to 74 overnight first night and 84 the next night. Not great when it is as hot as it was this weekend.
