Clean comfortable room at an affordable price in the town. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience at Zion Inn. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. We booked a room with the understanding that payment would be made at the hotel during check-in, yet the staff repeatedly threatened to cancel our reservation unless we provided our credit card details in advance. The receptionist/manager Rana was shockingly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of helping guests, he spoke in a hostile and disrespectful manner that made the entire experience stressful from the start. When we finally arrived, the situation only got worse. The room was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests checked out. There was dust, dirty surfaces, stained bedding, and the bathroom looked unhygienic. It genuinely felt like basic housekeeping had been ignored altogether. The hotel overall is extremely poorly maintained and disorganized. The hallways and common areas looked messy, the atmosphere felt chaotic, and customer service was nonexistent. Staff seemed uninterested in resolving issues and acted as though guests were a burden rather than customers. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. Unprofessional management, dirty rooms, misleading booking practices, and terrible customer treatment. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
