About

This newer RV resort sits in the red rock country between St. George and Snow Canyon State Park, where manicured grounds meet dramatic desert landscapes. The thoughtful design shows everywhere, from the gravel-covered sites (no muddy hookups here) to the spotless bathrooms that guests consistently rave about. The pool and hot tub offer a refreshing break after exploring the trails that start right behind the property.

Amenities and Setup

Sites are spacious and well-maintained, with full hookups and level pads that make setup straightforward. The resort also offers RV rentals if you want to experience the area without towing your own rig. Dogs are welcome, and there's plenty of space for them to stretch their legs on the well-kept grounds.

Location and Access

The location puts you 15 minutes from downtown St. George and even closer to Snow Canyon's hiking trails and lava tubes. Zion National Park is about 45 minutes northeast, making this a solid base camp for exploring southern Utah's national and state parks.

Experience and Atmosphere

The staff keeps everything running smoothly, and the attention to detail creates the kind of place where month-long stays feel like a retreat rather than just parking. The peaceful setting attracts visitors who appreciate quality facilities without the crowds of closer-in campgrounds. It's the kind of spot that makes you understand why some guests worry about it getting too popular.

By far the best RV park we stayed in during a two week trip through Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. We booked over the phone as we had questions about the best site to choose and we had excellent customer service. It feels like you have arrived at a resort when you walk into reception and the bathrooms are so clean and spacious and have better water pressure than home! The outdoor cooking facilities made for the perfect bacon and eggs at sunrise and everyone was respectful of the quiet time at 10pm despite it being almost full and lots of family groups around. This truly is a hidden gem and we wished we could have stayed another night to explore the surrounding area.

We stayed at Hidden Springs to end out our Utah National Park trip and it was a wonderful experience. First off, the resort is gorgeous! The pool was so nice and my kids loved the playground. The clubhouse was perfect for us because we were staying in a camper van so it was nice to be able to use the kitchen as it was our own. We highly recommend Hidden Springs!

Clean, quiet and well cared for. Lots are spacious with full hookups and 50amp service. Staff was nice and helpful but honestly not needed much which is a good thing. 10 minutes to Tuacahn Amphitheater where we were seeing a play. Pool is really nice and that was great becuase it was hot! Will be back here at some point for sure

This RV park has a lot of potential, and the completed areas are truly beautiful. The landscaped sites are spacious, neatly maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The views are stunning, and I appreciated the courtesy call before arrival letting us know our original site was unlandscaped and offering to move us. That level of service was excellent. Unfortunately, the reason for my low rating is the condition of the animals kept on the adjoining farm/construction area. Several dogs are kept in cages and bark constantly, day and night. On our first night, after 45 minutes of nonstop barking, I called the resort because I wasn’t sure where the noise was coming from. The next day, I saw another guest with a police officer checking on the dogs and giving them water. It does not appear that these animals are monitored regularly. The horses also seem poorly cared for. They have no shade, no turnout pasture, and—per a text message from the resort—their stalls are only cleaned once per week. That means they are standing in piles of feces and urine for days at a time, which is unacceptable. Additionally, despite having beautiful grassy areas throughout the property, the resort is not pet‑friendly. Every lawn area has a sign stating “No pee or poop. Be respectful,” with a dog icon. The only designated relief area is a small dog park in the corner. The website FAQ instructs guests to use that area or the BLM land behind the property—accessible only by walking a long distance down a narrow path through desert brush. Expecting guests to walk that far just for a dog to relieve itself is unreasonable. This park could be wonderful once construction is complete, but the animal welfare concerns and the extremely restrictive pet policies made our stay uncomfortable, and I cannot recommend it at this time.
