Do yourself a favor and stay here! Such a cozy, non corporate (but with all the amenities and more), wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was top tier, and location can’t be beat!

Warm bed and breakfast with mountain views, garden hot tub, and gourmet breakfasts prepared by aspiring chef hosts.
Noel and Suzette have created something special at this intimate bed and breakfast just half a mile from Zion's entrance. The Upper Sunrise room comes with a private balcony overlooking the Watchman, while the downstairs suite opens directly to the backyard garden. Both offer those mountain views that make you want to linger over morning coffee.
The real draw here is breakfast. Noel's culinary background shows in every dish (he's an aspiring restaurateur), and guests consistently rave about the healthy, delicious meals that fuel their hiking adventures. These aren't your typical continental breakfast pastries. You're getting real food that actually sustains you on the trail.
The backyard feels like a private retreat. A hot tub sits among the gardens, with a pond adding to the tranquil atmosphere. After a day scrambling up Angels Landing or wading through the Narrows, you'll appreciate having this peaceful space to decompress.
The location puts you in Springdale's quiet residential area, away from the main strip but close enough to walk to the park shuttle.
Noel and Suzette know Zion inside and out. They'll:
Steer you toward the best trails for your fitness level
Share insider tips about timing and logistics
Provide personal attention when planning your park days

Harvest House is the perfect home base to explore Zion. It is off the main road, so quieter, but still close to shopping, dining, and the shuttle into the park. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and there is also a common room and a large, well-appointed yard in which to relax. A delicious breakfast is included in the price, The view of the surrounding mountains is a plus as well. The owner is very knowledgeable about different places to visit. We would definitely return.

I’m sorry to be the first to fail to award five stars but someone has to point out an area where this establishment could, and should, improve. This area is half of “bed and breakfast” namely breakfast. This was very limited, not substantial enough for a serious hiker and, significantly for me - zero choice. On our second morning when I said that I didn’t like one dish the response was “ok”. No offer of an alternative. How hard would it be to have one choice? And how hard would it be to provide some fruit or a toaster and a few slices of bread? The rooms are great and the whole house is well appointed (for example, offering little things like sunscreen and lens cleaner) but the breakfast is a real weakness.
