Grand Circle Lodge occupies a beautifully restored home that feels more like staying at a friend's place than a typical hotel. The shared kitchen is a real standout - spacious with full cooking facilities, plenty of refrigerator space, and everything you need to prep your own meals between adventures. You'll find comfortable common areas both inside and out, including a lovely garden terrace that's perfect for unwinding after a day exploring.

The guest rooms are clean and quiet, each with individual air conditioning. Check-in is contactless using emailed codes, which works well for late arrivals. The WiFi is reliable throughout the property. While it's technically a bed-and-breakfast, don't expect a traditional morning spread - this is more of a self-service setup where you have kitchen access to make your own breakfast.

Kanab puts you right in the heart of the Grand Circle, with Zion about an hour away and Bryce Canyon, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and countless other southern Utah gems all within easy reach. The lodge works especially well for travelers who want a home base with kitchen facilities and a more relaxed, communal vibe than standard hotel chains offer.

My stay at The Grand Circle Lodge was EXCELLENT!! The entire facility is clean and lovely. I'd like to stay in a place like this whenever I travel. There are spaces to relax inside and outside; the kitchen is spacious, with plenty of 'fridge space; and full cooking facilities. Good WiFi The location is perfect - just off the highway to Zion and Bryce National Parks, and other places of interest; and 1.5 hours from Page, AZ - hub for Lake Powell, the Vermilion Cliffs, Grand Staircase Escalante, and the North Rim. Matthew is generous and helpful; a great host. I recommend it to anyone visiting the area. There's a beautiful view of the stars from the yard.

We stayed 2 nights at this "hostel" and would not recommend it. There was no air conditioning in the common rooms of the house and it was hot! Each room was air conditioned separately. There were 2 Keurigs in the kitchen and one was broken and the other took 20 minutes to work. The place is really rundown and cannot figure out whether it is modern or antique in decor. It reminded me of houses on college campuses that are rented to strangers who need just a bedroom and do not care about amenities.
