Water and power is provided but be prepared to pack out your trash and holding tank contents. That makes this place expensive if there is no dump station.

Spacious pull-through RV sites and horse facilities under dark desert skies with easy access to southern Utah's national parks.
This small campground sits on a working ranch just outside Fredonia, offering a quieter alternative to crowded RV parks. Five long pull-through sites come with water and electric hookups, while rustic tent sites provide a more basic camping experience. The property feels remote but keeps you connected to essential services.
Horse owners will appreciate the covered stalls and two-acre turnout area where animals can stretch their legs after long travel days. The setup is thoughtfully designed with easy water access and plenty of space for trailers to maneuver. Every site includes a picnic table, and the check-in booth stocks games and local area maps.
The real draw is the location. You're five minutes from Kanab's restaurants and services but far enough out to enjoy genuinely dark night skies. The ranch setting provides beautiful desert views without the noise and crowds of town campgrounds. Hosts Sandra and Marcy live on the property and respond quickly to questions via text.
This spot works perfectly as a base camp for exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon's North Rim. The pull-through sites handle big rigs easily, and the peaceful atmosphere lets you actually rest between adventure days. It's the kind of place that feels like remote camping while keeping the convenience of hookups.

This little RV park was fantastic! Well thought out campground with long pull thru RV spots; nice tent camping spots also. The covered stalls set up for horses is very nice, and our boys were able to enjoy a 2 acre turnout just adjacent to the park. Beautiful views, dark starry skies, 5 min from Kanab and services! We loved this quiet little spot. The owners are wonderful!

We found the stalls were large, covered and clean. Water for the horses was easily accessible. The trailer pull throughs were long and easy to navigate. Every spot had a picnic table. Questions via text were quickly responsed to. Had I needed more info, I'm sure the cell number provided would have also been answered quickly. The views are lovely.
