About

Megan and Bob run this cozy bed and breakfast like they're welcoming family. The homemade breakfasts are a highlight, featuring fresh fruit straight from their orchard and healthy options tailored to your schedule. Early hikers appreciate that Megan will have breakfast ready by 6:30am so you can fuel up before hitting the trails.

The property sits in quiet Rockville, just minutes from Zion's south entrance. You're close enough to the park for easy access but far enough from the Springdale crowds to actually relax. The rooms accommodate couples and small families comfortably, with that personal touch you only get at a true B&B.

The location puts you near some interesting local history too. Grafton ghost town is just down the road if you want to explore pioneer remnants between park adventures. It's the kind of place where you'll chat with your hosts about the best trails and local spots, then wake up to a breakfast that beats any hotel continental spread.

Perfect for travelers who want genuine hospitality and a home base that feels more personal than corporate. The orchard setting and attentive service make it a peaceful retreat after long days exploring Zion's canyons.

Booked this place for 3 nights on Airbnb. Megan was an amazing host! She greeted us when we arrived at 9pm and showed us our room. She has the tiniest little Yorkie dog that barks when you enter. Megan provided us breakfast (yogurt, granola bars) since we’d be awake before any restaurant opened. One night we forgot the keys inside the house at 11pm and she was able to let us in. We woke her from sleep and felt terrible about it but she just said “things happen sometimes” and went on. Her house is a very quick 10 min drive to the Zion visitor center! Very convenient if you’re doing early morning hikes. Megan was the sweetest host. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re doing a weekend trip in Zion. Location is amazing for the price. Things to note: the driveway is extremely hard to find at first. Take it super slow because the entrance is very narrow and it doesn’t look like a driveway. The AC unit in our room didn’t work, so it was quite hot at night. We opened the window to help.

Megan was very kind and it was a really convenient place to stay at short notice! My wife, I, and baby stayed nicely in a room together! We investigated Grafton the "ghost town" to learn more about my ancestor Artemus Millett Sr. & Jr. and Alma Millett! Artemus and Alma built the Rock House in Shonesburg for Alma and his family to live in and later gave it to Oliver DeMille II as they left for their new calling in Escalante! It has been known as the DeMille Rock House ever since Alma gave his previous residence to Oliver Demille, who also married his daughter Harriet S. Millett! This area has some really interesting Pioneer History! In addition to the beautiful Zion national park and lovely weather!
