Individual bungalows with private patios, full kitchenettes, and direct parking at your door.

About

Each standalone bungalow comes with its own private patio, full kitchenette, and dedicated parking space right outside your door. No hauling luggage across sprawling hotel lots or sharing walls with noisy neighbors. The units are spacious and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay including quality bath amenities.

Full Kitchenettes for Real Meals

The kitchenettes aren't just mini-fridges and microwaves. You get full-size appliances that actually work for preparing real meals, which families especially appreciate after long hiking days. The patios offer mountain views and a quiet spot to plan your next adventure or decompress after tackling Angels Landing.

Location and Getting Around

You're positioned on the southern end of Springdale, which puts you slightly farther from the park entrance than some properties but still within easy reach of everything. The town shuttle stops nearby, or you can rent e-bikes from local outfitters to cruise around town.

The trade-off for the extra few minutes to the park entrance is more space, privacy, and that coveted parking spot.

Easy Check-In Process

The check-in and checkout process is streamlined and hassle-free. No waiting in lobby lines or dealing with crowded front desk areas. Each bungalow operates more like a vacation rental with hotel-level cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Great bungalow, very responsive staff. Quiet location but perfect for visiting Zion National Park as the free shuttle buses stop nearby. Take shuttle 6 or 7.

Good From Far, Far From Good If deception had a physical address, it would be The Bungalows at Zion. What looks charming from a distance quickly unravels into something far more sinister the moment you step inside. Cleanliness Let’s not sugarcoat this—this place is filthy. The floor was sticky with every step toward the bathroom, as if it hadn’t seen a proper cleaning in far too long. Opening the bathroom door only made things worse: pubic hair on the toilet seat and visible mold in the bowl. It’s the kind of scene that makes you stop in your tracks and question every surface you’ve already touched. The photos speak for themselves—and frankly, they say more than words ever could. Noise Sleep? Don’t count on it. The walls are effectively paper-thin. Every car door slam, every random alarm chirp in the middle of the night, and the constant echo of street noise pours directly into the room. It feels less like a private stay and more like you’ve pitched a tent on a sidewalk. Their solution? A small box of earplugs by the bed—as if that’s an acceptable substitute for actual soundproofing. Comfortability Comfort is nonexistent. There are no windows to open. After a shower, humidity lingers heavily in the air with nowhere to go. Your only option for “fresh air” is to open the front door and let the outside world pour in. The bathroom fan is loud, ineffective, and seems more decorative than functional. Maintenance What’s most frustrating is the wasted potential. This place could be something special—but it’s been neglected into mediocrity. Scuffed walls, beat-up baseboards, and cheap, bargain-bin window coverings give the entire space a worn, dollar-store feel. The fixtures are caked in calcium buildup, adding to the sense that nothing here is properly cared for. It doesn’t feel like a place meant for guests—it feels like a place that’s been given up on. Management At the core of it all is a glaring lack of accountability. The condition of these bungalows reflects poor oversight and even worse standards. A business built on hospitality should have honesty, integrity, and basic pride in what they offer. None of that is evident here. The lack of maintenance isn’t just disappointing—it’s inexcusable. We won’t be returning—and we strongly suggest others think twice before booking.

Stayed in the Mariposa bungalow. Situated near the rear of the property away from the street; it was very quiet, had great views. The upstairs rear balcony was great for chilling. This bungalow isn’t attached to anything or anyone else so privacy was great. Location is a few minutes from the Zion Park entrance if that’s your thing. Tons of restaurants around to try. Only complain about the Bungalow is that the sheets were cheap and a bit scratchy, the mattress was stiff, and pillows weren’t very pillowy. Some of this is personal preference so overall wouldn’t keep me away if I wanted to come back.
