Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park

Bauers Canyon Ranch RV Park is a small, family-run park set on a working ranch in Glendale, with about 20 RV sites and plenty of tent space. It sits in a valley off US-89, roughly 20 minutes from Zion's east entrance and about 50 minutes from Bryce Canyon. RV guests get full hookups with water, sewer, and 30/50-amp electric, plus pull-through and back-in options that handle rigs up to 65 feet.

Tent campers pitch in an old apple orchard, on level grass shaded by mature trees. The setting is the draw here. Sites sit on real lawn rather than gravel, with shade trees between them and a quiet, rural feel that regulars come back for.

The showers earn the most praise, with strong pressure, endless hot water, and stalls that have a locking door and changing area. WiFi reaches the sites, and there is coin laundry and a dump station on-site. This is an older, no-frills park, and the staff keep it friendly and clean rather than fancy.

The valley can get breezy at night, and sites sit fairly close together when the park fills up. It runs seasonally, open roughly March through November, with office hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You will find it at 90 W Center St in Glendale, a calm, green base for the parks and an easy 20-minute drive to Zion's quieter eastern side.
