Radio Flyer Trail

Radio Flyer is an expert-level descent within the Pinion Run loop, part of the Applecross trail network just outside Zion's east entrance off North Fork Road. It's a mountain-bike trail only; Zion National Park itself does not permit off-road cycling, so this and the rest of the Applecross system exist specifically to give East Zion riders technical singletrack the park can't offer.

Good to know

• The trail sits about a mile outside the park's east gate and connects into the Pinion Run loop, which it joins and rejoins along the way.
• It's rated for experienced riders; the descending sections are technical rather than beginner-friendly.
• This is not a hiking trail or an NPS trail, so don't expect it on foot or on the park's interior trail map.
