Menu Falls Foot Path

A short stroll to Zion's quietest waterfall

About

Menu Falls is a small waterfall and alcove about half a mile north of the Big Bend area along the Zion Canyon road, named because a photo of the falls once appeared on the cover of the original Zion Lodge menu.

What's actually there

  • A short, easy path leads to a wooden viewing deck overlooking the seep and falls — the walk itself is brief, more of a stroll than a hike.
  • The flow is modest; this is a quiet, shaded spot valued for its sound and setting rather than a dramatic cascade.
  • During shuttle season (roughly March through November), reaching it means taking the shuttle to the Big Bend stop and walking north, since private vehicles are restricted on this stretch.

It's become a favorite low-key wedding and photo spot in the park, precisely because it's easy to reach and rarely crowded compared with the marquee hikes nearby.
