About

Zion Canyon Hot Springs brings the therapeutic tradition of mineral hot springs to southern Utah. Visitors get a chance to soak away their hiking fatigue in naturally heated pools. The facility features multiple temperature-controlled pools filled with mineral-rich waters, creating a spa-like atmosphere where guests can relax after days spent exploring the region's rugged landscapes.

Pools and Amenities

The hot springs complex includes various soaking options, from larger communal pools to more intimate settings. All are designed to maximize the restorative benefits of mineral bathing. Additional spa services complement the soaking experience, providing travelers with a full range of relaxation options. An on-site café serves light fare and beverages, though guests primarily come for the waters rather than the dining.

Location and Access

Located in La Verkin, the facility sits conveniently between Zion National Park and other southern Utah attractions. It's an ideal stop for those seeking relief from outdoor adventures. The town's position along the Virgin River places visitors within a 20-minute drive of Zion's main entrance. You'll also find easy access to destinations like Sand Hollow State Park and Snow Canyon.

Perfect for Your Itinerary

For travelers building an itinerary around Zion and the surrounding parks, the hot springs offer a welcome contrast to the region's more strenuous activities. Whether visiting after a challenging hike through The Narrows or simply seeking a peaceful afternoon of relaxation, the mineral pools provide a soothing complement to southern Utah's outdoor pursuits.

Loved the pools and atmosphere. We spent a whole day and rented a cabana. Was disappointed with the lack of coverage from the sun though, as that is why we spent the money to rent a cabana in the first place. They also have a policy of no outside food/drink. Their cafe options were not great and what we did order was pretty bad. They either need to change their policy to simply no outside alcohol or have a better selection and higher quality foods with dietary restrictions in mind.

I am here now, and never want to leave! This place is amazing. Immaculately clean, beautifully landscaped with a view of the canyons. There are a vast array of pools at varying temperatures , with different combinations of chemistry. Jason at the front desk provided a wonderful orientation to the facilities, and set the tone for a high-end spa experience. This was the perfect way to spend our last day in Utah after hiking the Mighty 5. I can’t wait to come back tonight when the pools are lit, the stars are out and the fire pits are going!

Very nice hot springs, lockers, showers, shampoo, etc. It was frustrating that we went with our 20 yo son and he had to stay on the other side due to alcohol service. Kind of lame. But otherwise, it was very nice.
