This place is a scam, their website said $95 for 2 hours when I checked a few days ago and they tried to charge me $115 in fees for a total of $210 for a $95 advertised price and then now their website says it is $145 today when you go to book, but still $95 other places and if you call them and talk to a different person the price is magically $190 instead of $210. This company is a mess and not worth dealing with. They also can’t make any decisions on their own and anything has to be brought to a director who isn’t available to talk to. Go somewhere else.

This was a very disappointing experience. It was the low point of our family trip to Utah, which is very surprising since we had a such a wonderful time with Mad Moose UTV rentals two days prior (Robb was a great guide for UTVs and made the experience stellar!) Upon arrival at Quail Creek, we learned that a) we had to pay an entrance fee per car and b) we couldn’t have alcohol on the boat. Neither was mentioned on the website. Not a problem, we paid the fees and only half of our party consumes alcohol (the driver does not.) The problems started at check in when half of our party was accused of being “wasted” (4 of 8 adults were drinking one beer by the car - which they told us we could do) but it got worse when we stopped after less than one hour to go to the restroom. Gideon came on the boat, took down the Bimini and said he was “shutting this down if anyone wasted tried to touch the controls”. He came off extremely rude and very accusatory even though all rules were being abided by. No one was intoxicated, 4 of 8 people had one drink before the boat ride. We decided to cut our more than $500 loss, and left after less than one hour, even though we paid for three hours, because of the way we were being treated. Gideon was rude and made us feel unappreciated as customers, and disrespected as people. When we asked for his name, he told us that his name was “Alex”. (The other 2 men working were nice and apologetic for their coworker.). By the way, this message was sent to Mad Moose customer service and no one responded.
