About

Zion Canyon Brew Pub has established itself as Springdale's go-to gathering place for travelers seeking craft beer, creative pub fare, and a relaxed atmosphere after a day exploring the canyons. The restaurant specializes in original burger creations paired with their own handcrafted ales alongside a rotating selection of local Utah beers. The kitchen puts its own spin on pub classics, with generous portions that satisfy hungry hikers and options including gluten-free buns for those with dietary restrictions.

The outdoor patio draws crowds especially during sunset, when the surrounding red rock cliffs glow against the evening sky. Live music adds to the lively atmosphere on select nights, creating a true mountain town vibe where locals and visitors mingle over pints and plates. The beer selection ranges from their house-brewed ales to regional craft favorites, with knowledgeable staff happy to guide selections. Don't miss the soft pretzels with beer cheese sauce, a popular starter that pairs perfectly with any brew.

Located in the heart of Springdale just minutes from Zion's entrance, the Brew Pub serves as an ideal spot to unwind after hiking Angels Landing or wading through The Narrows. The casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere welcomes dusty boots and tired legs, though the place fills up quickly during peak season. International visitors should note that physical passports are required for alcohol service, as with most Utah establishments. Despite occasional service hiccups during busy periods, the combination of craft beer, hearty food, and spectacular views keeps this local favorite bustling year-round.

We waited about 20 minutes for a server to come to the table, and then spent another 40 minutes for food that never arrived. We ended up leaving and eating at The Hangry Goat instead. Good food and super fast service at The Hangry Goat! If only we had known, we wouldn’t have wasted an hour at the pub!

After a narrows hike of 6 hours, this place hit the spot. We needed some ac as it was very hot. The service was quick and friendly. I had a burger with the I think it was the chimchuri fries. Man those were amazing. The burger was one of the best I had ever had.

Food was completely bland, no salt,no seasoning, tasted like absolutely nothing. My wife’s burger was overcooked to oblivion. The beer was the only saving grace. Service was fine, nothing special.

Our family stopped here for lunch after a 4-hour bike ride. All the salads and sandwiches were delicious. The pretzel sticks were slightly overcooked but the chickpea salad and the burgers & the Rueben sandwiches were very solid.
