The bar at Añu Restaurant, located inside the Hilton, was one of the highlights of my visit. Although the bar area is relatively small, it feels cozy and intimate rather than cramped. It’s the perfect place for groups of 2–5 people to relax with a beer, a cocktail, or a glass of wine after a long day of driving or hiking through the nearby national parks. Stephan, the bartender, truly made the experience exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, not only about cocktails but also about the U.S history, ingredients, and the techniques behind each drink. He took the time to learn my preferences and crafted personalized cocktails that suited our taste perfectly, while also sharing fascinating stories behind the spirits and recipes. I especially enjoyed both the signature cocktails and the custom drinks Stephan created and recommended. Every cocktail was beautifully balanced, creative, and clearly made with great attention to detail. If you appreciate well-crafted cocktails and great conversation, I highly recommend sitting at the bar and letting Stephan guide your drink selection. It turned an already enjoyable evening into a memorable experience. I will definitely be back.
