The menu covers Mexican comfort food basics. Street tacos come in traditional varieties like al pastor and asada, though they run on the smaller side. The asada fries are the standout dish here (and worth the drive from Springdale). Tortas, flautas, and quesadillas round out the offerings. Portions are generous on everything except the tacos.

Service is notably friendly. The staff will brave bad weather to bring your order out if you're picking up. You can dine at the outdoor tables or grab takeout for your hotel room.

Very good chicken flautas. Missed not having guac, though. Maybe it's available; I didn't ask.

We stopped here for lunch on the way back from Zion Park. We ordered tacos and a burrito. The prices are high for what they offer and the quality of the food. The burrito was very dry, without even a hint of salsa (maybe we ordered the wrong one), and the taco was also flavorless. We didn't like it and wouldn't recommend it.

I don't recommend. I love taco trucks and have rarely had a bad taco truck.. but this one was not good. Expensive for a taco truck and really small portions, bland boring food. Meat was way dry and bland. There loaded fries were super sad as well. Gross frieds and lame meat with like no toppings. Hot sauce was pretty good though. I don't mind spending $3 on a street taco but expect more then what I got quality and size wise.

We really enjoyed our food here! This spot was recommended to us by our Airbnb host and we stopped in one afternoon to fuel up before a hike. The food was authentic and really tasty, and the view surrounding us was gorgeous. It's a great spot to stop for a quick bite, and the staff were very friendly.
