This was the first place I decided to eat at on my trip to St George, Utah and it did not disappoint. The wait staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. The cocktail menu is impressive and the food is superb. Their menu is seasonal and often they have a dish just on a particular day. It's a little pricey, but if you're on vacation like I was, you shouldn't quibble over treating yourself. I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the food or the service. I ate lunch there twice and I truly regret not going during dinner hours because it would have been an elevated experience based on what I saw. Parking near there might be a pain, but my hotel was so close I walked there (1 and half blocks) which was a good thing because there's so much beauty to see in the town and lots of interesting shops and museums near Ancestor Square where the restaurant is located. If I ever get lucky enough to end up back in St George is will absolutely go back.
