Wasted calories Was quite excited about it based on the reviews. Reached there by 10:30(or 11:30 based on the timezone). They ran out of croissant for the egg sandwich and replaced it with jalapeño bagel, which was aok, the crepe with fruit and cream was eh and the Swedish something was no thank you. The coffee was, let’s just say my worst coffee after those at the gas station.

The people who work here REALLY need to learn to operate with a sense of urgency. Their every movement is so slow for a coffee shop. It took us 45 minutes to get our coffee and I believe there were 4 people in front of us in line. So many workers seemed to just be mozying around. The next day we dared to come back and ordered then proceeded to wait for an hour and just left without our coffees A barista (much like a bartender) should move quickly and efficiently. The team should have clear roles and work in an assembly line to get things out. The food and drinks were great but they need to greatly improve their operations.

Came here for a quick coffee stop and baked goods as we were visiting in Kanab. Though the coffee menu had the prices listed, and align with other coffee shops in area, genuinely shocked by the cost for a ham and swiss croissant $13 as price was not listed. Together with a cortado (4oz coffee), bill came to $22 before tip. Other than coffee stop, suggest going elsewhere for baked goods unless you’re desperate. Service was decent though, friendly and relatively quick.

We visit Kanab often and was happy to hear this place opened up again. Their food is really good and those girls are hustling back there to make everyone feel welcomed and taken care of. Definitely a place to check out if your there!
