Pan-Asian fusion with sizzling dishes, generous portions, and customizable spice levels in a casual setting.
The sizzling platters tell you everything you need to know about Fusion House. This unpretentious spot delivers serious Pan-Asian flavors without the fuss, from Thai curries that'll cure your post-hike cravings to General Tso's that actually arrives at your table still bubbling on the plate.
The menu spans continents with confidence. Japanese classics sit alongside Western-influenced fusion dishes, while Thai curries and Chinese stir-fries round out the options. They'll ask about your spice preference (always appreciate that), and the portions are generous enough to fuel tomorrow's adventure too. Vegan travelers won't feel left out, with solid plant-based options throughout the menu.
The atmosphere stays refreshingly low-key. No dramatic lighting or trendy music, just good food served by attentive staff who'll take care of your party of nine or your solo dinner with equal care. They serve beer and wine if you want to unwind, plus Pepsi products with free refills.
Located in Kanab, Fusion House makes a perfect dinner stop whether you're coming back from Zion's trails or heading out to explore the Grand Staircase. It's the kind of place locals recommend without hesitation, and after one meal of their kung pao chicken or black pepper steak, you'll understand why.

Recently moved to Kanab. This place definitely satisfies the craving for chinese food. I really like the veggie spring rolls. However when it comes to the chicken entrees, we’ve ordered General Tso, Orange, and Sesame chicken but they all pretty much taste the same. I’ve also increased the spice level when ordering online and it doesn’t seem to translate into the dish.
