About

You'll find Champs Chicken tucked into the back of Glazier's Market, operating as part of their deli department. It's the kind of setup you might walk past without noticing, but locals know to look for it when they want quick fried chicken without the drive-through wait.

The menu centers on chicken tenders and potato wedges, with classic sides like mac and cheese and biscuits rounding out the offerings. Everything's prepared fresh and kept warm in display cases, ready to pack into takeout boxes. The portions are generous (especially those potato wedges), and the prices reflect the no-frills grocery store setting.

The staff behind the counter are friendly and efficient, treating this like the neighborhood spot it essentially is. You can grab your chicken and head out, or eat at the small seating area if you prefer. Since it shares space with Blue Taco, families with different cravings can mix and match from both menus.

Kanab sits perfectly between Zion and Bryce Canyon, making it a natural lunch stop during southern Utah road trips. Champs offers a quick, filling meal that won't slow down your national park schedule. It's comfort food at grocery store prices, which sometimes hits exactly right when you're burning through travel budgets on gas and park fees.

This was one of the worst fried chicken and onion ring meals I've ever had. It seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The chicken was extremely dry, and the onion rings were stale and disappointing. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be coming back. I definitely can't recommend this place

Do not go when the bigger guy is working. He always gives out the smallest portions and is incredibly rude and short. Idk how he's been working there for so long with that attitude.
