Authentic Mexican flavors with vibrant atmosphere, from birria tacos to loaded burritos and craft margaritas.
The bright colors and Mexican flags tell you what you're in for before you even sit down. Casa Tequilana brings serious flavor to Leeds with dishes that remind San Diego transplants of home. The quesa-birria is the star here (crispy cheese, tender brisket, rich consommé for dipping), but the chicken tacos with their perfectly seasoned meat and that signature crispy cheese edge run a close second.
The loaded burrito lives up to its name, packed with quality ingredients that justify the price. Fresh guacamole made in-house. Chips that aren't oversalted. The 3 Amigos platter gives you a solid taste of everything. They've got the spice levels dialed in just right, building heat without overwhelming the actual flavors.
The staff greets you like family the moment you walk through the door. Service moves at the right pace whether you're dining in the colorful interior or grabbing a table on the patio. They take reservations, which is smart for weekend visits when word-of-mouth brings crowds from St. George and beyond.
Leeds sits about 20 minutes from Zion's main entrance, making this a perfect dinner stop after a day in the park. The margaritas don't hurt either. It's the kind of place that becomes your regular spot once you find it, assuming you can handle the drive from wherever you're staying.

Let me first address anyone (Joe and Randy) who has ever left a 1-star review here….YOU are the problem. I didn’t know I could love a tortilla like I loved these tortillas. I could heat them plain, and I did. The Relleno was “Jalisco style” which I’d never had, but my god it was 🤌🏽🤌🏽. I pretty much drank the sauce it was smothered in. Don’t drive by this place, it’s the best Mexican food you’ll ever have. The margaritas are strong too 😎
