The hidden entrance sets the tone for an evening that feels more like a secret discovery than dinner out. Inside, original decor and dim lighting create the kind of atmosphere where conversations linger and cocktails are taken seriously.

The menu works best when you treat it like tapas and order several dishes to share. The miso salmon consistently wins over tables, while creative cocktails like the pistachio espresso martini and expression martini with roasted marshmallows show the bartenders know their craft. The kitchen handles everything from brunch to dinner, with wine and beer rounding out the drink menu.

Service moves at a thoughtful pace in the small dining room. You'll want reservations since the intimate space fills up quickly, especially with groups celebrating special occasions. The themed concept might not be for everyone, but if you're up for a bit of theatrical dining, the execution delivers on the promise.

St. George doesn't have many places quite like this. It's the kind of spot that makes a perfect stop between Las Vegas and Zion when you want something more memorable than standard road trip fare. The experience sticks with you long after you've figured out how that bookshelf door works.

Incredible food and service. I got the miso salmon and my husband got the pork potatoes. We started with meatballs. I highly recommend. The ambiance is speak easy and very romantic.

The cocktails were a clear standout. Both speciality cocktails (a watermelon and an espresso martini) were AMAZING. The bartender gave awesome suggestions and when we ordered a surprise drink brought us something that was spot on. You also should definitely order the meatballs and the crab cakes. The miso salmon was good but incredibly sweet… not bad but not the best thing on the menu. The only other thing that was odd was they were kind of obsessed with clearing our plates like we mentioned a few times we were still eating and then they cleared them anyway. Overall though - would recommend.

Husband and I had dinner here tonight for our 2nd anniversary. We moved here from San Diego in April, and we’ve eaten all over the place here including The Painted Pony and The Cliffside Restaurant, several other places. This restaurant is hands down, by far, the best restaurant we’ve eaten in since we left San Diego and moved here. Best quality of food, best service, best atmosphere… BEST. The food menu is not big, but what they prepare, is exceptional. Their craft approach to beverage service is first class. You can hear your dinner companion. You can actually relax and savor your beverage and meal… and I have to say, that is something sadly lacking in this area. This is a place for people who are serious about good food, good beverages, and good service. Highly recommend it for those people who are discerning in this regard. Kudos to the entire team there - well done - on par with food/beverages/service from San Diego, the Bay Area, and better Las Vegas establishments.

As a total book nerd, this place was like Disney World. Fabulous food, service, and atmosphere. (Shout out to our fabulous server, Gabriel!) I’m so sad I don’t live anywhere close or I’d be a regular here! You have to walk through a clothing boutique to get to it, so don’t be stressing about where your GPS takes you. Trust the process. It’s a speakeasy, it’s supposed to be a bit of an adventure!
