BluTaco
Quick Mexican-style tacos and bowls with budget-friendly prices and friendly service.
About
BluTaco operates inside Glazier's Market, serving up straightforward tacos, bowls, burritos, and quesadillas for travelers looking for a quick meal. The setup is casual and convenient (you're literally in a grocery store), but the food hits the spot when you need fuel for your adventures.
The menu covers the basics well. Chicken and beef tacos get good marks from visitors, and the pork options have their fans too. Bowls offer a heartier option if you're coming off a long hike. The three-taco combo with a drink runs around $7, making it one of the more budget-friendly meals you'll find in Kanab.
Service moves fast and the staff keeps things friendly. It's not fine dining, but it's exactly what it promises to be: affordable Mexican-style food that fills you up without emptying your wallet. The location inside the grocery store actually works in your favor if you need to grab supplies for camping or your hotel room.
Kanab sits perfectly between Zion and other southern Utah parks, so BluTaco makes sense as a practical pit stop. You can grab lunch before heading into the backcountry or dinner after a long day exploring. The portions are generous enough to fuel your next adventure.

Equivalent of low quality gas station food. It's not the worst thing I've ever had, but it basically just fills the void. Got a burrito, a bowl, and quesadilla between my wife and I. We were not expecting restaurant quality food, but both thought it was pretty dissapointing after reading others reviews. I do not understand how people are saying it was good at all. It's also not clear where it is. There was no larger sign for it. It's in the market, in the deli section at the back, which also happens to host another chicken chain, all in the same place. They said it wasn't doing as well as they thought, so they revamped a bit and don't market it really. I can see why now. Would not recommend.

Closed? There is a six foot high deli case in front of their space but the menu was still lit hiding behind it. No counter, no one working. Strange.

This was actually a joke lol, this was not a real taco experience. Reminiscent of my elementary school taco cafeteria except maybe not as good. Save yourself.

It serves up delicious tacos and taco bowls. We had 3 chicken tacos and a pork bowl. They were tasty and inexpensive. This place is in a grocery store hence atmosphere is 3 star. Otherwise a good place to get a quick and delicious meal.
