This small cozy restaurant needs a 10 star. Chef Eric was hands on during our whole dining experience. We are picky eaters and he convinced us to try it all. We were certainly not disappointed. Loved everything start to finish.

This was easily one of the most fun and great dining experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t know how I got in, but I was able to get reservations and be sat during an evening where the restaurant wasn’t open to the public. Through an interesting chain of events, I was admitted and was the only person in the restaurant. Another group reserved it and then had left early. Only to my benefit. Eric (the chef) was gracious and sat me. Because of this situation, I got very personalized attention. Not that he isn’t personable to everyone, it was extra this time. The environment was dim and quiet. There is some classic jazz that plays in the back ground. It’s a more intimate place to eat and seems special. There isn’t much seating beyond 8 or so tables. The kitchen isn’t large. However, I can’t understate the quality of the dining experience. Literally, and actually, the best food I may have ever tasted in my life. The time and care taken to give the food the flavors I had were extraordinary. This is the “chefs kiss” of food. Easily the best in So. Utah. On top of that, I had quite an engaging conversation with Eric. It went from taking about an hour for dinner to a 3 hour experience. I think we both (Eric the Chef and I) walked away with good value from the visit. I plan to visit many times in the future. There was so much good food to eat and just not enough room in my stomach to try it all. If you want to impress your spouse or business associates, this is the place to eat. There are also loads of options when it comes to wine to pair with your dinner. High quality cuts of meat, aged to perfection. I chose the ribeye and was not disappointed. The bread, the salad, and even the dessert, were all the right sized portions and the most flavorful I’ve ever had. I am already dreaming of my next visit. You should as well! Wow what an amazing place, excellent food we had the shared dinner for 2! Great for a retired couple! So accommodating! We weren’t perfectly dressed, came from camping! We just traveled across the country tasting and eating in many restaurants! Hands down this is the best! Very high quality food, 90 percent organic product! A hidden Gem! Try it! We got lucky, but recommend you set a reservation.
