The plumbing is not working (in our room and another guest's room and who knows how many others) and the owner is not prepared to do anything about it. They recommend we don't use the single sink in the room. It smells terrible, sewerage is bubbling up. It is unhealthy and unsanitary. The worst part is the owner's unwillingness to sort this issue out. Must be an old issue by the looks of it.

Very nice hotel with great location in the very center of Springdale. Breakfast is included and it's in a very nice restaurant called Porter's literary 20 steps from the hotel. I think it's easier just to park and leave your can right in front your hotel room and take a shuttle to Zion. The shuttle bus stop is also right in front of the hotel so it's super convenient. It takes 10min to get to Zion park from this hotel. Anyway, we were very happy here, it also has the pool but it's open when it gets warmer.

Location - Excellent. The inn sits right outside the National Park, very conveniently accessible by the free shuttle or even by walking. Very close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast - We were provided vouchers for free breakfast at Porter's which is right next door. It was great. Room - While it was super tiny, it impressed us how they were able to fit all the amenities in. The bathroom was also clean. Beds - This is the only complaint we have. The spring mattresses were terrible on our backs. We couldn't fully enjoy our hikes due to not being able to sleep well. We aren't particularly picky, and maybe it was just our room that we were assigned, but the beds could really really use an upgrade.
