This place was everything we hoped it would be. Quiet, very comfortable, and absolutely stunning. The design and layout of our tent was spacious and very homey. It wasn’t too rustic and it wasn’t too glitzy. The staff were all super nice, the common space was well laid out, and we spent the evening staring at the Milky Way!

They call it camping plus instead of glamping! You get your very own tent-like house with a toilet, running water and hot shower. Electricity is something you leave at home, as there is none here. However, the incredibly friendly staff will bring you little portable chargers that allow you to charge your electronics like phone, watch, AirPods. They also give you a battery operated fan and lantern for the hot summer months. In the winter, there’s a heater inside the tent to keep you cozy. This is such a different yet incredible experience. We loved it and so will you! Every house has a parking spot. The main lobby includes a restaurant for breakfast and dinner in case you want to stay in. Otherwise plenty of restaurants available within 15-20 min driving distance.

Tucked away far beyond the reach of metropolitan glow, it stands as a premier destination for anyone seeking to reconnect with the cosmos. It is a gorgeously surreal landscape, a place where the horizon stretches infinitely in every direction, unmarred by the skeletal silhouettes of skyscrapers or the persistent hum of highway traffic. Here, the modern world fades into a distant memory, replaced by the raw, untamed beauty of nature at its most pristine. Admittedly, the experience comes with a premium price tag. It is undeniably a costly endeavor, one that might give budget-conscious travelers pause. However, to truly understand the value of this destination, one must consider the sheer logistics of its existence. When night finally claims the sky entirely, the true majesty of the location reveals itself. To say the view is beautiful would be a profound understatement. At night, it feels less like you are looking up at the sky, and more like you are suspended directly beneath a colossal, living canvas of stars. "The darkness here is not empty; it is alive with light. The stars do not merely twinkle; they blaze with an intensity that feels almost intimate." The Milky Way stretches across the dome of the night sky like a brilliant, chaotic brushstroke of silver and violet dust. It is so thick, so brightly defined, that it casts faint, ethereal shadows on the ground below. For those accustomed to the washed-out, gray skies of urban environments—where perhaps only a dozen of the brightest stars are visible on a clear night—the sight is utterly overwhelming. Thousands upon thousands of stars crowd the celestial sphere, creating a dense tapestry of constellations, nebulae, and cosmic dust.

This place is a treasure and we hope to return. The location is magnificent and sits within easy reach of the Zion National Park entrance (about 25 minutes) and lesser known Kolob Canyon where one can hike through--in some ways even more--beautiful landscapes as they are less frequented. I was a bit concerned about the heat (we were there from June 24-28) however the way the tents are designed makes a huge difference. There are also battery operated fans in the tents and misters which help. We were comfortable in the tent even during the heat of the day. You *are* in a tent and when the wind picks up, the canvas does flap but that didn't bother us at all. The facility is completely off grid and is Dark Sky certified so the stars are very visible at night. The entire staff was welcoming and the food was fantastic and varied enough that we ate breakfast and dinner there every day of our stay. Dinner is served until 10pm which is convenient. We felt our nervous systems settle within 24 hours. If you need an opportunity to relax and be able to just show up and have all your needs taken care of while being in a jaw droppingly beautiful natural setting this is the place. We cannot recommend highly enough.

AVOID SUMMER MONTHS!!!!! Pros- Big tents. Secluded location yet close enough to the main road. Restaurant on site. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Comfy beds and great towels. Gorgeous view!! Cons- This is owned by a wealthy private equity firm, and it sure shows. The view is absolutely what you are paying for, NOT amenities. 2, small $5 battery powered fans that do not stay on all night, dirty exterior canvas( yes it’s the desert but at least keep them looking new), 2 power bricks provided that do NOT last overnight despite a 100% charge. Seating in the common area/ outside is cheap and uncomfortable. NO LOCKS FOR THE TENTS… come on guys, give us a cheap $5 lock. The open sky view tent is a nice concept however there is no zipper to close it and the sun will cook you alive during the summer heat so the tents are 100% unusable during the summer days. There is virtually no way to cool the tent besides the cross breeze which is also just warm air. You cannot come back and nap after a long hike unless the sun is down. If you haven’t glamped before this might be really amazing for you! It was a unique experience. We are by no means fancy and have camped in Patagonia, the Amazon rain forest, hiked 5 days in Peru, etc…. But for $400 a night this isn’t it.
